I made a jig using 1" aluminum and a 3/4 x 2"(h) piece of Oak. All my other knobs were too large in diameter and using metal bushings to gain height made things unstable. I don't need a whole lot of torque to lock down the jig so these will work just fine.

Have a shaper that requires custom jigs for lots of different projects. Jigs make jobs repeatable and speed up the set up time.

Quick-Set Glue-2.5 oz
A very handy handle for jigs and works great to swap out the small handles on table saw, band saw miter gauges.

Nice and easy to grab.
Knobs are heavy and well made tighten down nice. They are easy to get ahold of behind my router table fence really like them going to get a few more since I have 4 router tables.

Solid knobs with a very "solid" feel, just the opposite of light and flimsy. I'm very pleased, and the price was excellent for the quality.

I originally ordered the wrong size knob. When I received the second one I immediately applied it to my drill press table I built. It works beautifully and has the perfect size for maneauvering.

These handles provided me with exactly what I needed. They are very beefy, and give me full control on the small parts jig that I built from a plan out of a magazine(ShopNotes). I have a professional shop and the jigs I build must be very durable and long lasting. I would recommend this handles to anyone building jigs or need this type of handle.

Quick adjustable router fence handles.
The handle thread was a bit short to fully engage the 5/16" bolt. A longer thread would've help since I had to trim the bolt significantly. Regardless, it works well for quick adjustments of the router fence now.

The 34225 is 4-1/2" tall, but the threaded insert is only threaded much less than an inch, and is not through-threaded. It is a blind hole. So if you need to use it with t-slot bolts say, for handles for a jig, you are out of luck!
