Here's a Recycle Bin Cart I made. It's a quick weekend project and your wife will like it too. I went cheep on this one, it's all made of 3/4" plywood. I now wish I used a maple or ceder. When it falls apart from the rain that what I'll use next time. I used all lap joints which was useful to support the bins with. All screws are counter sunk and plugged.
