Just wanted to send a few pics of a solid oak cedar lined chest I just finished using the Torsion Hinges on the lid...
They really work well!
Used 4 60 inch/lb hinges for the heavy 22 lb lid. Perfect!
It can stay open 2 inches from being closed and not shut. But just a little push and it closes easy.
Amazing work on these hinges guys! Added a real touch of class to the project.

It is a Memorial Chest for a passed loved one.

Time to Build: 51-100 Hours    Difficulty: Moderate
