My wife passed away, and we had both decided years ago that we would be cremated at our passing. The container the funeral home provided was a plain plastic box, so I obtained one identical to it for myself, then I built a box for both containers. I made them out of white pine, as this was our favorite wood to make our country craft projects out of. I used my 10" table saw and beveled all edges at a 45 degree angle, sides and top are doweled and glued, the bottom is attached with counter sunk screws. Finished with clear polyurethane.

Time to Build: 1-5 Hours    Difficulty: Easy

"I purchased 4 sets of Steel Table Legs at a huge discount! More than 50% off compared to what I thought was already a good deal from another online store. Had to cancel that one and thankful I found this site. My hours of searching online paid off. "
