WWII Medals Case

I just recieved My Dad's WWII Medals this summer and wanted to make a case for them. This is my first project made of all oak. I'm happy with how it turned out and think My Dad would have loved it. After retiring He had enjoyed woodworking too. It took me a long time to make because I took my time, planning is the main thing for me. The adhesive backed velvet was great to work with. I am planning to make 1 more case for his Bronze Star, I'd like to try to make that case with a light in it.

Time to Build: 51-100 Hours    Difficulty: Moderate

"I just purchased the shelf pin jig. It works great and is so simple. One of the best tools for the money that I have."
