I sprayed satin polyurethane out of the can no probs. Nice smooth finish without orange peel or runs.
I also sprayed through 3 cans of lacquer, glossy and satin,(see photo). Using the included measuring viscosity cup, I thinned the lacquer 3:1- it took 8 seconds to run through the cup. It produced some cotton blush, so I had to thin it out 2:1. This may have been from a poor quality solvent, I don't know- but I had to thin it out more than the viscosity cup indicated. The lacquer came out perfectly smooth and was easy to apply once properly thinned.
Way better finish than I was ever able to brush or wipe on. I'm thrilled with it and can't wait for the weather to warm back up so I can spray some more (I don't like spraying large projects in my small shop if I can help it.)
Be sure to practice on some cardboard before you move to your project.
