This is a project from Woodsmith magazine. It's a complete bedroom suite. I've completed the bed and nightstands and will now begin work on the dresser and armoir. I built this from 8/4 cherry stock. Nightstands and bed feature cherry veneered plywood as well. 120 degree Blum hinges were used on the nightstands. Mortised bedrail brackets used on the bed to breakdown the bed rails easily.
