Taking about 100 to 150 hours I built this in dribs and drabs over the course of a summer for a niece and her hubby's child. The box is simple pine, 1x6 T&G, the animals are a variety of common to exotic woods, white oak, chestnut, paduk, bass, amarillo, walnut, redwood, etc, about a dozen woods in all. All cut out on a Dewalt DW788 scroll saw and sanded and sanded and sanded to fit. Finished with several coats and sandings of spar urethane.

Time to Build: 101-300 Hours    Difficulty: Difficult

"I have made several online orders from Rockler, and the customer service has been great. While I have not had an unreasonable number of complications, I have had a few. Each time the folks at Rockler were very quick to respond, easy to work with and resolved the issue in the best way imaginable. Many thanks! I will be a customer for many years to come."
