This is an adaptation of a Shaker Hall Table from a Norm Abrams book. I used oak recylced from old church pews. There are mortise and tenons for the skirt to leg joints, the legs are tapered on each inside edge, and the almost 1" thick top is beveled all around. A very useful piece of furniture that cost next to nothing to build since I got the oak for free!

Time to Build: 21-50 Hours    Difficulty: Moderate

"I just purchased the shelf pin jig. It works great and is so simple. One of the best tools for the money that I have."
