My take on the bread knife with purpleheart and maple

I used wood inserts and #8-32 stainless steel screws to mount the blade. The blade is flimsy so I put a bow in the back edge of the knife and spaced the screw holes further apart to be able to put tension on the blade by pushing down on the center then inserting the screws.

Time to Build: 6-20 Hours Difficulty: Easy
