I put together these cabinets for my kitchen. The big cabinet is the top of an old oak china cabinet from a thrift store. The wine rack and left cabinet were kicking around my shop for 20 years, and held tools. The doors on the left cabinet were "as is" from a home store. I lined all the cabinets with wainscoting and painted them cream colored, inside and out, with a delicate glaze to give them an antique look. I made the beveled glass trims and carefully glued them to the glass in the right cabinet, then I installed "puck lights" in the top of each cabinet. I had to learn how to properly install the crown molding and hardware. The cabinets are supported by a plywood shelf with heavy metal angle irons screwed into the wall studs. All the moldings are common MDF and wood moldings found at home stores. The corbell can be found on the internet.

I am redoing all the drawer boxes in curly mapple with dovetails front and back using Rockler dovetail jig. The drawer slides are Accuride Eclipse undermount slides.

The 30 year old cabinet oak doors got a facelift with polish and a delicate oak bead trim found at Rockler. The appliques can be found at Rockler or on the web.

"Have been a return customer for a number of years, and a recent experience has really cemented that bond for me. After using my Rockler lighted magnifying lens for a few months, one of the wires from the battery pack came loose. When I contacted Customer Service to inquire about sending the unit back, they instead sent me a brand new one - no questions asked, no return expected, no charge whatsoever. This simple step - coupled with top quality, innovative products - ensured my repeat business more than any other advertising technique or gimmick could ever do. Keep up the good work, Rockler!"
