This is a birthday gift for my Grandson. I used 11 types of wood so that he would grow up with true woods to appreciate. Fenders are Ash, Wheels are Birch, Front fork is oak with sprinbgs of Cherry and Maple and axel support of Walnut, Remainder of bike frame is Maple Head lamps are Walnut with Birch Lenses, Tank is walnut, Saddle is Apple wood, tail light is bloodwoodredheart, engine base and rockers are Hickory with the platform of Oak, Exhaust are Poplar and Tires are Ebony.
Rockler supplied all Router bits used in project as well as plug cutters and Ebony
