Adding Rockler.com to your browser's search bar

Now you can use your browser's built-in search box to search Rockler.com! If you use Internet Explorer or Firefox you can now add Rockler to your list of search options. This enables you to search right from your browser without going to Rockler first. Best of all... it's easy!

Internet Explorer:

First go to www.rockler.com (necessary only to get this set up). Allow a few seconds for the page to load completely. After the page has loaded your browser's built-in seach box should change from

this:

to this (note the additional color around the down-arrow):

Click on the arrow and choose "Add seach providers," then choose "Rockler Search"

Then you should see the dialog box below. Just click the "Add" button. (Optional: if you think you want Rockler seach to be the one selected by default, check the box shown. You can always select a different search provider with the drop-down arrow)

When you want to seach Rockler, just make sure you see our icon in the search box. If you don't, then click the down-arrow and choose Rockler Searches:

The Rockler icon will be in the seach box to show you where your search is going:

 

Firefox:
