I don't think these will work for you. I don't think these are zero clearance. You can check out the clearance details on the tech specs, click the link in the Technical Downloads area on the slide page.
These are self-closing once the drawer is pushed in most of the way, but they are not the "soft closing" type. I'm not sure if that is what you are looking for or not.

shallow pantry drawer 21 deep 32 wide-contractor used cheap hardware and now my drawers keep falling out of the track. Adjusting the side rails is not helping. I know the Blum hardware is heavier duty with better rollers but will they handle the weight and operate well? I tend to overload shelves with a lot of canned goods and my old hardware is NOT holding up. My definition of a pantry unit is just that, a pantry.

BEST ANSWER: I've used Blum hardware successfully, but on lighter projects. Rocker also offers Centerline hardware rated for 35#, 75# and 100# capacity. The drawer slides are full extension and seem to work great. I used them on a comic book cabinet that holds thousands of comic books and they seem to operate smoothly without any "sagging". Full extension is great also, for those hard to reach cans of corn in the back of your pantry! Good luck.

The biggest drawers I've made were 24"deep by 40" wide. My customer wanted to store a load of pots & pans in them. I found the K&V heavy duty, side mount , full extension slides for this installation to be the best. The epoxy coated slides will handle the weight they are rated for as long as the tolerances for fit of the drawer are on the tight side. If they are sloppy...fugettaboutit!

My shelf is 24" X 28"deep and uses 1/2" plywood with a box suspended on another rail attached to it. I have it loaded with a larger all in one printer and many cake boxes of discs as well as the box below full of various items. It says it can hold 100# fully extended and I don't have any reason to think it wouldn't. Just don't stack a buch of #10 cans on top of each other.

The Blum heavy duty drawer slides should work but you will want to look at how much they will hold per square inch. If they fit in place well you should not have a problem. The heavy duty weight for your use would probably be the best solution. Blum is the top of the line.

do the rollers use ball bearings? The ones I am trying to replace spin freely for a long time (ball bearings) but other replacement slides seem to have plain bearings. I'm concerned about wear with a heavy drawer (full of silverware).

Cole S

BEST ANSWER: Need more information to answer, "space" in which direction? If you are asking about the drawer slide and not the drawer itself, the drawer slides are each about 1/2" wide, so the face frame or cabinet opening must be at least 1" wider than the drawer.

Are these slides self (soft) closing?
Rodger C

I built a cabinet where the outside edge of the face frame rail to the 3/4" brace in the rear is 23". Can I make the 22" slide with the rear socket fit?
Mike R
on Jan 2, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Hey Mike,
The slides should fit, but while they are rated for 100 lbs, I wouldn't go near that weight with the rear sockets. I used to do the rear socket installation but found that I got better support and easier installation by installing fillers along the inside of the cabinets to come out flush with the faceframe.

Great slides for the $
These slides are great for budget concious projects. Used these to replace drawer slides on a desk drawer that broke.

Keybnoard Tray
I have a computer desk with a sliding keyboard/mouse tray. The original slides gave up the ghost.
This new set of slides are a perfect fit even though they are a bit longer than the originals. They screwed right in, now the tray slides like it should.

Replacement for what should have been original.
Builder supplied cabinets had light duty slides on drawers that are 34"x20"x10" deep. Need I say more but lasted 15 years. Drawers had to be closed from the center only or would want to come out of the track. Replacements are much heavier duty.

Works great
The tracks were perfect for retrofitting my 87 year old base cabinets to make them more functional while preserving the cool looking original doors. The tracks are of good quality capable carrying heavy loads on the smooth nylon rollers. I like that there were no directions because it made me think through the logic of the installation.

It worked like I wanted it to
I won't go into detail, but I'm building a wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling cabinet-shelf entertainment unit, and I used this product for one unique element of the project. It worked just like I wanted it to.

Works very well!
We recently remodeled our kitchen and I saved the drawers from the old cabinets. I used the Rockler slides to install the the old drawers in my storage cabinets in the basement.
The slides were very easy to install (just need to make sure your measurements are correct), and works very well!

Great value -- nice slides
Fitted all my new base cabinet drawers with these. Worried that at their low price, maybe I was making a mistake. Maybe should stop being such a miser, thinking more more = higher quality.
Oh no. These babies have been in my cabinets since spring (this is Oct., as I write this). They have been used by children and grandchildren. They still glide back and forth, functioning like the high grade cabinet drawers I intended. I have no regrets, and I can't think of any reason I'd go with something else. They were easy to install, I put them all in in under an hour (I've done this before, though... not new to slides, having worked in a cabinet shop), and I see in our guests' and visitors' eyes when they come in and work them while admiring my cabinets that they wish *they* had cabinets like mine.

Dear Rockler Woodworking and Hardware
Over the years I have ordered the Blum low profile drawer slides and have been very satisfide with them. They are easy to install and hold up very well. As a carpenter / cabinet maker by trade with 57 years experience since entering the building trades and placing orders with Rockler all I can say is, I have never been disapointed with products or service. Thanks for being there when I need hardware and other sundries.
Sincerely, Gerald Zellhuber

Drawer Slide review
I have used them in the past and was very satisfied with them and that is the reason I order these. I recently used some slides that were full extension and the steel ball bearing kept popping out of the tracks and I will be replacing them with the Blum.

Excellent for the price
These are inexpensive drawer slides. However, they work pretty well and given I bought them on sale, they were well worth the price for the applicatoin I had.

Good quality simple drawer slides
I bought the Blum 22" white drawer slides to add pull out shelves to my 1980s kitchen. They are good quality and easy to install and work smoothly. I started out with a few and then went to the big box store to get theirs and they were a bit more expensive and cheaper quality so I ordered the rest that I needed from Rockler. As other stated, there are no instructions but it's a pretty simple item. Included screws work fine if you pre-drill.

great cheap drawer slide
First let me say that these match the slides that are in my kitchen
perfectly.
the only down mark was that the rear mounts if needed must be purchased separately

Ok
They work ok. I have them in a kitchen drawer that is at least 20 years old. But the screws have worn out the wood with a lot of use.
