Project Description: Who would have thought that bird houses were so popular? The twist on the one's I build, are customized from photo's sent to me by the buyer, and I duplicate the house or business in the photo all the way down to the lights on the porch. The customer sends me the photos, I give them a quote, and it's off to the shop. It usually takes 2 to 3 weeks to complete, so I don't want to figure my hourly rate! I use actual shingles for the roof, 3/4 wood for the structure, and landscape as shown in the photo. They are all weatherproof, but I've gotten many feedbacks of, "This isn't going outside!" and it becomes more of an indoor display. I've used many Rockler products and would highly recommend them for any woodworking projects. Time to Build: 101-300 Hours Difficulty: Difficult |
