Project Description: I'm a professional woodworker with a five man shop. I write a blog at dorsetcustomfurniture.blogspot.com where I post drawings and procss photos of projects that we're working on. I've been writing it for almost two years and there are more than 150 posts. Nakashima had it right ... Get some nice wood ... Make some stuff to hold it up that doesn't distract from it, put a nice finish on it, ship it out. [This coffee table is]a slab of wood with two pieces of 16/4 walnut and some angle iron holding it up....Minimal...Stunning. Time to Build: 1-5 Hours Difficulty: Easy |
