Project Description: Endgrain sweet acacia cutting board using varying thickness strips in a rotating order. Very complicated to make look good. Must keep track of piece orientation and order to achieve the "log" curves in the pattern. Designed the pattern on Sketchup and used this small version as a test case for a larger butcher block.
