Project Description: Lot of learning occured with this project! It was built for my second child to match the crib I had previously built. We did a lot of shopping online until we found a dresser we liked and I made my design from there. After the initial facing was built my wife decided she wanted the drawers to be deeper for clothing so we started over. Getting the veneer top right was the biggest challenge, the veneer is my own creation and totally homemade. The sides are also veneer but weren't as challenging. The hardest part may have been getting it up the steps from my basement woodshop, it is heavy! Time to Build: 51-100 Hours Difficulty: Moderate |
