Lady's Dressing Table |

Project Description: Sometimes the wood tells you what to make out of it. I came across a single board of Vertical Grain Douglas Fir that had a highly unusual grain pattern. I instantly thought about a Lady's vanity table. This was built as a gift for my wife. I was fortunate enough to find some highly figured mahogany to create the carcase with as well. The design is in the Federal Style, but I combined several elements that I liked into a (hopefully) unified whole. Time to Build: 21-50 Hours Difficulty: Difficult |
