Cradle for Granddaughter white pine |
|
Project Description: I designed this myself, and after laying it out, most of the wood was cut with a 7 1/4 skill saw. sanding was by hand, and then several coats of paint. White pine is easier to work with. I cut the rockers out of 2x8 yellow pine. I find this a heirloom my granddaughter will have for many years, I plan on building her a doll cradle to match this one. This cradle also won a first place award over many other projects. See my other projects at babyCradles-woodthings.blogspot.com Time to Build: 21-50 Hours Difficulty: Moderate |
