Project Description: Built this plant table for my wife so she didnt have to use tv trays anymore. It is a preaty cheap used poplar stained with red mahogany with a gloss clear coat but great looking project and wont take up much space but will hold a good amount of plants because of the 1" over hang over the base. I rent so I dont have a real shop to work in or a place to keep all the tools you would find in a woodshop. For this project I used a jigsaw, skill saw and a hand sander plus the Rockler 3/8" doweling jig. Only other thing you would need is glue, dowels and clamps. Time to Build: 6-20 Hours Difficulty: Moderate |
