Good concept, but poor execution. The ports fit very snugly into the handle, but the handle is made of very cheap and flimsy plastice. The handle snapped off in my hand after a few weeks of moderate use. VERY CHEAPLY MADE. The concept is good, but I would avoid this solution unless they greatly improve the quality of the materials.

I think it's a great idea, much better than hoses to every piece (along with the accompanying loss of power). I am mounting mine up high and putting a pivot arm to reach all my tools, just like a DIY carwash.

Good design. I use it on a central 4" dust collector without a duct system by swapping the hose to the tool in use. But be aware you need to buy an adaptor [Dust Right Tool Pot] for each toolyou have-table saw, sander, bandsaw, radial saw, lathe, planner, or joiner in my case. That's a lot of adapters, so the cost adds up. Also be very careful with the handle. It appears to be low-cost but low-strength polystyrene plastic that is very brittle. If you drop the dust hose with the handle attached, it's toast. Mine is now held together with duct tape. Ditto on the rigid hose attachments.

I purchased this for my Woodmaster 725 planer. I couldn't get the my dust collection hose to fit the dust port on the planer because it was exactly the same size. This rubber boot fit perfectly, and when I tightened it down, it's not moving. The first time I tried to remove the handle from it, the plastic fitting separated from the rubber boot. It's happened since, but you just need to be careful when you remove it. It creates such a good fit that it can be difficult to remove. Still intend to leave it attached to my machine for regular use. Also, have one on a Jet bandsaw - works great. Saves a lot of hassle trying to attach the hose by itself to the machines.

Wish I had purchased this product years ago! On some machines I had to add a second 4 inch clamp to keep the adapter together when a heavy dust hose was attached with the handle. Very clever design which solves a the dust collection problem with mobile based machines.
