slides are precision engineered. Use on 3/4'' thick inset doors. Each set includes
hinges, slides and rack and pinion hardware for one door. The rack &
pinion rods can be cut to length. 2-1/4'' of side space is required.
Choose the standard version for doors up to 44'' in height. Includes
two slides, two hinges and a 42'' connecting rod. 30 pound weight capacity.
Choose the long version for doors up to 62'' in height. Includes three
slides, three hinges, and a 60'' connecting rod. 45 pound weight capacity.
Both versions come in your choice of 20'' to 26'' slide lengths.

The Rack & Pinion Flipper Door System works very very well. The only problem that I had with it is that the instructions were very very unclear, and I had to kinda make it up as i went. If you want to have an overlay door you need to order the 40 mm hinges for the system. After they are all installed they work great!!

The Rack & Pinion Door System didn't come with instructions. After finally figuring it out, I found the metal hinge attachment plate was so thin I stripped the screw holes. The action was not smooth at all because the pinions kept slipping. I have installed flipper doors before but never had this much trouble. I finally sent them back for a credit. The theory behind this system is a great idea but beware!
