I had an old metal coat rack that had been "hand painted". Well it all needed to come off. My neighbor had some of Citristrip and told me to give it a try.
I applied it to the rack standing tall. The gel did slide down, but enough stayed to do the job. In about 30 minutes the paint wrinkled and came off in sheets. It took it all the way down to the bare metal. I found three coats of paint on this thing.
Just a bit of scrub brushing and some corner scraping and I was done.
It was so easy, I might do a steel dresser that has been waiting.

I had to refinish the exterior trim on some windows. I have used Citristrip before and knew that it is the best stripper I could buy. Three layers of old paint came off easily. I then used the Wash to clean up the surface and it came out perfect. No unpleasant odor, no toxic fumes and IT WORKS. That's all anyone can ask for.

I used this product on my bathroom vanity. I wanted something that I could use indoors (odor is pleasant and not strong) but wouldn't end up with a liquid mess. The paint bubbled up off the wood and stripped off very easily.

I just bought Citristrip for my baseboards that the previous owners had painted over. I have an 1877 Victorian home that needs all the wood stripped from layers of paint.
Citristrip is AWESOME, you could see it starting to work after only 30 minutes, and the results are perfect. It will be the only stripper I use. There are no harsh fumes only an orange smell. It's unbelievable!!

Don't use this product to strip an oak floor. My local home center people recommended this product to strip my bedroom floor . I applied the Stripping Gel, to a 4'X 3'area, with a brush waited at least 45 min., scraped the googy sticky gel with a plastic stripping tool and proceded to use the Citristrip Afer Wash, after 2 bottles of Citristrip Paint Stripper After Wash the floor is still sticky. At this rate doing my entire floor with cost a fortune.
