Fasteners apply controlled pressure between joint members.
These fasteners prevent joint members from twisting and buckling. Great for joining countertops. 4-1/16'' long bolt allows a center to center range of 2'' to 3-1/2''.
Requires 7/8'' diameter holes 5/8'' deep.

You do NOT want to use a forstner WITH a guide point if you are installing these on 23/32 sheet goods! But they are excellent connectors that allow you to make the joint virtually invisible.

Works great. I had to add a three foot section to finish the L shape of my countertops. Never used these before but I am very happy with the way everything turned out. I'd sure use them again.

I've used Lock-Tite fasteners on previous projects, but was disappointed when unable to find them at some of the largest woodworking supply outlets in the Dallas area. But Rockler came through, and I had the hardware I needed in just a few days. Nothing beats Lock-Tite fasteners for a zero-gap joint for countertop assembly. Thanks, Rockler!

I used the Tite Joint fasteners to join the 45 deg.corners of my bar top. They worked great and were easy to install with the guide and bit. The bar top was made from an old maple tree that blew over on my property. I milled it and air dried the lumber for a year.
