I used Rockler maple to make this wood model marble dispenser. It simulates how some of the first coin operated vending machines worked. Quality of maple wood was excellent.

Customer Rating:

Very good quality dimensional maple with very little jointing required. Nice texture and grain with only one 'flyer' of a darker color in the large group. I will certainly use it again. (The trolley has a top center drawer and the lower left shelf is on a slider for heavy kitchen tools).

I ordered 2 pieces of maple....4-3/4 x 3/4 x 36.

I'm building the wooden mechanisms described in Mechanical Marvels book.

Wood was excellent. No knots and ready to saw and use.

Maple is very nice with no knots. Color is well matched between six 3ft. pieces. Milling is precise. A minimal amount of wave from the planed surface but sands out easily. Only con is one piece was slightly bowed but I think it will straighten out ok.

The maple had very pretty grain with some birds eye. Dimensionally it was cut precisely and there was no warp. I hated to paint it for the toy trains I built for my grandsons.

Very nice. I ordered extra as I am using it for my first try as a luthier. Will be used for a mandilin neck. nice grain and great price. Has a small dark spot on one of the corners but for what it will be used for it is not an issue. Thanks for being great. Definitely a future customer.
