Solidly built for durability. Brackets firmly lock card table legs open for stability and allow them to fold up easily. Use with 1-1/4'' to 1-3/4'' square legs. Reversible right or left. Set of 2.

Leg brace does not snap into position. This applies to both the open and closed position.

This bracket was just the right design to replace a broken hinge on an old card table. Since I was replacing only one, it was nice to have the option of having the leg fold in either direction. The only problem I had was getting the leg to lock exactly in the vertical position as the leg was tapered. I solved the problem by marking the location for the sliding pin after installing the bracket so I could tell when the leg was aligned correctly. The leg is now very sturdy (especially compared to the other three with old brackets).

Very sturdy and perfect for our application. Wish they were sold in a four-pack (what table has only two legs?); I didn't read carefully and had to place a second order to complete the table!

These brackets work well and I'll use them again, but I'd like a higher quality finish other than nickel to accent the nice material used in the finished table.

I purchased these for a flip-up table project and I love them. They support lots of weight and fold up easy. I would recommend them.

These brackets are very solid. My only comment is that they would have looked much nicer if they were brass or brass plated instead of nickel plated.

If I hadn't read other reviews I would have order only 2 legs. The assumption would be that a table needs 4 legs (or at least 3) to work. Instructions were adequate.
