The wood worked great with the sheet of oak that I purchased at our local hardware store. The shelves look wonderful and is what I pictured them turning out like. I loved the fast shipping and the great product. I have many other projects planned and have an order ready to place again with Rockler.

I was surprised looking online that decorative wood shelf brackets that small were not more common. They match my oak bar exactly after being stained and look great holding up the shelf for my collection of beer bottles.

I was not going to use them as my entire bar area was done in oak. I shop in many national home stores and they had absolutely nothing. I shopped on Rockler and there they were, exactely what I was looking for. They were the right height and most importantly the right depth for the depth of the cabinet. I have since stained them to match the cabinet and the stain took very very well, almost a perfect match. The ease of ordering from Rockler was great and the items I received were in a few short days. I was extremely happy with my purchase and shipping time because this allowed me to complete this project very quickly. Thanks to Rockler, I'll be back for more. I have actually seen some things that had me thinking about my next project around the house. Great variety of items that you can't find in any national home fixit chain.

After finishing, these brackets matched my newly installed oak kitchen cabinets perfectly. It's surprising how difficult it is to find specialty items such as this that are available in hardwood.
