A friend at work found these and told me they may work. They did work perfectly. I can't think of better way I could have done it. Z-Clips are excellent and I am sure I will use them again. 2) Submitted by Rich Argentieri, from Palm Beach Gardens, FL on 8/13/2009 Customer Rating: I use these as LCD TV mounts in cabinets or on walls. Most of the wall mount TV brackets are bulky, expensive, and make the TV stick out. I just run a furring strip across the studs with a couple Z-brackets, and they will hang a TV 70"+ LCD nearly flush! In fact, you can be so flush that I usually have to add a wall cut out for the cables. NOTE: I do add a couple of round screws next to the outside edges of the z-clips to keep them from moving left or right.

That gave me the assurance that they will hold prized objects such as guns and small wall mounted cabinets. The only complaint I have about these brackets, is they are too loose. One thing I have done is to drill a hole through the back mounting rail of the cabinet, then run a screw through to 'set' the bracket in place.
