Outdoor Oil is an exterior-rated penetrating linseed oil.
General Finishes Outdoor Oil is an exterior-rated penetrating linseed oil. It contains UV stabilizers, mildew prohibitors, and twice the oil contained in competing brands. We highly recommend GF Outdoor Oil for all outdoor wood projects, particularly wood furniture. It can be used by itself, over any stain, and on pressure treated wood.

Applied 3 coats to our Ipe porches and results are beautiful. In photo you can see water beading from overnight rain. Applied with "sponge" applicator for decks and went on quickly and no brush marks.
Another great product from General Finishes.

This product replaced a very poor product that actually caused mildew!It goes on, penetrates deep and drys quickly. It accepts a second coat the next day and drys about 50% more shinny than the first coat. I did not add a third. Water from lawn sprinklers and rain just sit on top and puddle. I have used "General" finishes on all my furniture projects and was hoping to have the same excellent results with this Outdoor Oil and I did!
