Solid Wood Edging

Save time and money with edge-banding strips! Thicker, more durable edge allows you to shape the edge using various router bits. Plus, pieces are planed to eliminate having to scrape or sand out saw kerf marks.

Solid wood edging is perfect for furniture and other projects where a solid look is needed! Easily applied by hand with contact cement or other adhesives. Strips measure 7/8" wide x 6mm thick x 4' length. Available in Red Oak, Cherry and Maple.

2) Submitted by Ryan, from West Orange, NJ on 1/20/2010 Customer Rating: I decided to try this as a change from edge-banding and was happy with the results. I bought the maple. A couple of the pieces were not quite straight but at 7/8" wide, there was enough room for error that they still worked on the 3/4" ply. Generally I found that one face was smooth and on the other you could see blade marks. Just make sure you put the correct side facing out.
