I have several older Pipe Clamps and was able to upgrade them with the Conversion pads. They work extremely well. Clamping is very stable now with the larger pad feet.

I have had a few sets of conversion clamps since they first came out. They worked very well with my older pipe clamps, and I finally got around to buying three more sets to retrofit all of my pipe clamps.

These worked well for me with no real fitting required. They allowed me to modify my old clamps to work with my Rockler Sure-foot clamps. I was pleased they keep the old clamps at the height of the new Rockler clamps while preventing roll.

I'm using these on some old Pony clamps. The fit on the fixed (i.e. screw) end is not great - the pad is too small to fit around the reinforced area where the screw meets the face. I may end up having to make some modification to the pad to get a good fit.
