Works great. Obviously burns faster on softer wood between the grains but after a little practice its not a problem.

The tip has a screw in end if appliying too much pressure the screw may break and it will be stuck in the tool. 2.5 star rating of 5.
Editor's note: Pressure is not to be applied when burning. The best technique is to hold the tool to the wood with the only the pressure from the weight tool itself making the burn. It is best not to try to rush the burning by applying pressure.
"I've used the Torrance, California store for 8-9 years now. Whenever (and I mean whenever) I talk with them or visit the store it's always a better than expected contact. These folks know how to keep a critical 66-year old happy.
THANKS ROCKLER !" -
