I purchased these to make two pull out pantry shelves and needed them to handle a heavy load. They seem to be doing the job wwell and were easy to install.
I was able to create two gliding pantry shelf units for about $225 instead of buying ready made ones at about $400 each.

Some instructions for the first time users and maybe screw size recommendation would be a nice addition to the guide.
I believe that I have it installed correctly, and it works well for the application that I used it for.
