We have used Flitz for all of our brass maintenance. We have owned boats and have many brass nautical items in our home. The latest use was to clean up a brass trim around the fire place in a home we just moved into. I don't think it had been cleaned in years and was almost black with tarnish. Flitz has cleaned and polished the strip like new. The fireplace is now the show piece it was intended for.

I was pleased with the performance of the Flitz brass cleaner. I used it on an exterior door handle that was badly tarnished. While the job required quite a bit of 'elbow grease' and the help of a Magic Eraser (to remove the laquer top coat) it did a nice job in restoring the brass finish. Don't forget to apply the new coat of laquer afterwards as I noticed the handle begin to tarnish again with in a day of cleaning.

When I used the Flitz Brass Cleaner, it did an amazing job (and it did it faster than any other products I've tried). I will definitely order more!

Easy to use. I liked the aerosol can much better than another brush on product that I have used in the past.
