The glue itself works very well. I've been using it commercially for several years and it beats others I've tried, but I do wish it was a little less expensive.

6) Submitted by Pete Gray, from Ellensburg, WA on 1/29/2008 Customer Rating: Yes, this epoxy is a bit expensive as glues go, but not if you compare it to hardware store epoxies in small leak-prone tubes or equally aggravating double syringes. The quality is also considerably higher than the usual retail stuff. I worked for several years with carbon and glass composites, and there's a big difference between consumer and industrial epoxies. System 3 is closer to industrial. It sets in about the advertised time, enough to apply a teaspoon or so to work pieces, and it's good and strong in 30 minutes or so, rather than staying rubbery for hours, like typical 5-minute epoxies. The squeeze bottles work well and don't tend to leak. I find this an essential workshop material.
