brass connector bolts, cap nuts and cross dowels are great for indoor or
outdoor furniture.
Connector
bolt available in 1-1/8" and 2" lengths. 11/8" L is
perfect for melding two 3/4" pieces. Four per package.
Cap nut
works with connector bolt for surface to surface applications. With 1/4"-20
threading. Measures 9/16" L with 5/8" dia. head and 3/8"
dia. shoulder. Four per package.
Use cross
dowel with connector bolt to make a strong right-angle joint. Measures
16mm L x 10mm dia. Connector bolts and cap nuts require 3/16" hex
driver. Four per package.

The product was great! I broke a cross dowel in a chair made overseas using brass connector bolts & cast iron cross dowels.

These solid brass connector bolts look great, but be warned that the heads sheer off if you try to tighten down the bolt! I'm no superman by any means and had several of these fail on me while only applying a modest amount of force by hand.
I was planning on using these on a crib project but may switch due to the problem with the heads.
