I ordered this unit to replace an almost identical one but without ball bearings. The existing one was difficult to push in and out. The new one works great. Its dimensions were the same as the old one except for the mounting holes, but fortunately the rear hole matched up so it was easier to swap the units in a space barely wide enough for the holder itself. With some right angle drivers I was able to get the job done.

Very well made product. Cleared the cabinet frame without any modification. Only difficulty was working in cramped quarters between the cabinet side, sink and disposer!

Extremely happy with this purchase. Installing was a easy and quick. However, I found it necessary to mount it on a scrap piece of filler before mounting under my kitchen sink. Otherwise, it would have barely cleared the front opening of the cabinet (making one of the bars unuseable).

The product and price was very good, but I have to mention that the packaging was not sealed and taped very well and came mostly opened when I received it. Luckily my product wasn't damaged but should have been prepared better for shipping.
