After removing from carton I found it broken. The extra length allowed me to cut that part off,fortunately. I cut it to legnth using my miter saw, but only after slipping a wood scrap core inside it to prevent any wobling. It leaves a nice clean cut but I do not reccomend it. The application instructions are ok but you will most likely need to digress and apply your own problem solving skills: very cool product.

Worked as advertised. Cut the tray with a sharp mitre saw blade, no problems. Came with two sets of hinges, but I didn't need both.

Work great - wish it only came with one set of hinges or you could purchase the plastic tray by itself. I need 36" tray so I have extra hinges now and without a tray I can not use it on another project.

When I received the slim line sink front tray the product was broken. Your customer service was excellent and sent me a new one immediately. My husband installed it and for the first time since we had the new sink and counter top installed the sink front closes all the way. Great product!
"Recieved our order of glass and wire mesh. All items arrived intact, which was no surprise considering the impressive packaging.
I've dealt with what many companies consider appropriate packaging, which, at best is hit-and-miss.
The packaging methods you folks employ are second to none.
