Easy to install. Just cut a hole and pop the fully assembled clock into place. Battery operated (not included). Use a 3'' hole saw or large saw tooth bit for these 3-1/2'' outside diameter clocks.
These movements are all plastic. The 'brass' ring and face are plastic. They look okay, but if you want a nice solid brass case and glass face, go with something else.
