Heavy-duty universal connector is ideal for bed rail connectors, shelving, table and workbench legs, and more. Sold in packages of 4 (includes 4 cams, 4 connecting bolts and 4 threaded inserts). Cam installs in 35mm (1-3/8") dia. hole, 11/16" deep. Bolt requires 10mm dia. hole. Requires minimum material thickness of 1".

An excellent product that I have used before. I use it to attach top and bottom bunk beds together, so that the lower tenant cannot kick the upper tenant off the pins, much to the lower tenant's chagrin. The only thing that I would like to see offered is some kind of cap to cover the hole {35mm}. It would be easier than having to make them.

I have made several beds and always use this connector. It holds fast and does not loosen up. I recommed this highly.

Excellent, but...this is the replacement for the HD 35mm Flush Connector (#18623). Made a great improvement on the cams and connecting bolts, however the threads on the connecting bolts do not fit the threads on the previous model's insert. The threaded insert for this part is not as big; if you are replacing the old connector with this one you will have to pull the old insert and drill and dowel the hole -- not as strong since you are now going into the end grain of a dowel.
