Lay out the 10″ and 8″ blade guards, release holes and magnet locations, and then start the gluing and tacking process to set up the blade trays.
Glue and tack the correct blade guard size to each tray — the
trays’ release holes and magnet locations differ, depending on
whether they will store 10″ blades or 8″ dado set parts.
