Dremel Multi-Max Universal Adapter Uses Quick Fit to Put Tool Heads on Any Multi-Tool

Dremel's Universal Adapter While most tooling heads are proprietary to their manufacturer's base, Dremel's universal adapter can fit Dremel heads onto almost any oscillating multi tool.

If you own a multi-tool, you may have experienced the limitation imposed by most models: you need to buy the manufacturer’s accessories because other brands don’t fit. Dremel’s new Multi-Max Universal Adapter™ could make shopping for those accessories much easier. The steel adapter is designed to fit all of the current oscillating tools on the market, including those made by Fein, Rockwell, Bosch, Craftsman, RIDGID and Masterforce. Once in place, it will allow you to fit your tool with Dremel-brand Quick Fit™ accessories, which are widely available at hardware stores and home centers. Those options include cutting, scraping and grout removal blades as well as sanding and grinding pads. Dremel says the Quick Fit style also will enable you to change tool blades in less than half the time competitive systems require. Dremel’s new Universal Adapter has a suggested price of $4.99.
