Forrest Manufacturing custom saw blade Forrest Manufacturing can customize saw blades for any job you might have from cutting noodles to large scale woodworking projects.

And if you’re searching for a blade for a specific purpose, Forrest Manufacturing can now custom design one. Already, they’ve arranged tooth count, grind, angles and thicknesses on blades ganged in groups of 10 or 20 to rip thin strips of molding, to cut solid rocket fuel underwater or to cut lasagna noodles to the length of packaging. “Custom design is a challenge. It’s intriguing and it stimulates the mind,” says vice president Jay Forrest.

As you might expect, pricing for custom blades varies, depending on size, design and application, but can range from approximately $81 to $437, as of 2009.
