Homes of Master Woodwood Artisans by Steven Paul Whitsitt and Tina Skinner Authors Steven Paul Whitsitt and Tina Skinner examine the home projects from woodworking masters Esherick, Maloof and Nakashima.

Although modern woodworking masters Wharton Esherick, George Nakashima and Sam Maloof have all passed on, the book Esherick, Maloof & Nakashima: Homes of the Master Wood Artisans, by Steven Paul Whitsitt and Tina Skinner makes it possible to “visit” each of their art-filled homes. Published by Schiffer Publishing (ISBN 978-0-7643-3202-9), the book contains brief biographies of each woodworker and extensive photography of the furniture, fixtures and other artwork they created for their own homes. In 2011, the book was priced at $49.99.
