Rockler’s Pen Press/Drilling Jig (item 24577) has notched, self-centering jaws to hold different sizes of pen blanks vertically for initial drilling. Then, during assembly, countersunk holes keep the horizontal pen centered between the jaws. Their “two-in-one” tool sold for $89.99 in 2008.
