Williams & Hussey Molding Machine

The Williams & Hussey 209 Molder is lighter and smaller than their older models, but with plenty of cutting power and a new debris management system.

Williams & Hussey’s Model 209 Molder has a new lighter, higher, compact base, a new power feed motor with higher torque and less weight and a lighter weight knife motor — 1.5hp, that operates on 115-volt, 20-amp circuits. A motor position lock for belt tension and a chip extractor chute that fully covers the knife area to minimize debris escaping are among other new features. Working height of the machine is 35″ and the package weight is 210 pounds. The Model 209 Molder was priced at $2,495 in 2011.
