What a nice solution to burning and esp. to the wandering away from the fence that can happen to the fence-side piece of a long cut on a narrow board. Hint: Before installing the splitter, be sure your zero clearance insert is perfectly adjusted (seated snuggly in the insert opening) so that it will never need to be readjusted (and possibly moved) after the splitter is installed.

I had just tuned up my tablesaw and, then installed this splitter per the easy to follow instructions. It works as designed and I no longer burn maple when ripping long pieces. Well worth the low price.
