Rockler Adds Drawer Storage to Steel Shop StandsHardware Kits Offer a New Organization Solution
MEDINA, MN (March 8, 2012) - Rockler has just introduced Shop Stand Drawer Kits, a new addition to their steel shop stand product line, which convert previously unused or cluttered space beneath shop stands into a full bank of neatly organized drawers or pullouts. Each Shop Stand Drawer Kit is easily installed using only a few basic tools and includes all the hardware necessary for one drawer.
"Forget stooping down to rummage through a vast, dusty pile of tools," said Steve Krohmer, Vice President of product development. "The drawers help keep them more organized and easily accessible. Now you can simply slide open a drawer to fetch the tools you need."
Each Shop Stand Drawer Kit includes 4 vertical pilasters, and 2 horizontal slide brackets, enough to install one drawer. The kits are available in either 18" or 24" depths to fit 32"H Rockler Adjustable Multi-Function Shop Stands (60749). Instructions and all hardware are included. Additional Slide Bracket Kits can be purchased separately, in either depth, each kit yielding one more drawer or pullout. The Slide Brackets are pre-drilled for most epoxy-coated, ball-bearing, and metal-sided drawer slides.
The Shop Stand Drawer Kits (47716 and 49556) retail for $29.99 each, while the Slide Bracket Kits (45886 and 46800) retail for $9.99 each. Drawers and drawer slides not included.
