The back panels on this project could have been either a mirror or matching hardwood veneered panel. I went with the latter deciding to get, sight unseen, the walnut veneer only sold online by Rockler (at least, the Royal Oak store did not stock this item). Without knowing what the grain or color would look like at all, I was ecstatic when the order arrived. The slip matched veneer panels are perfect for my project. I couldn't be happier with the product or the service from Rockler (the order arrived VERY quickly).

We needed a large panel of cherry plywood to complete 3 tray bottoms on a custom box project. Rockler had just what we needed. The panel was a perfect match to the solid cherry wood we used on the rest of the box. Great product, fast shipping. Will definitely order more in the future.

I needed some smaller pieces to use for panels and I do not have room for storing extra wood. These pieces were just great for my project and the quality was really good. I tried some other plywood sheets before, they warped and were not the quality of the panels from Rockler.

I used the 32" x 24" 1/8 inch Walnut Plywood Veneer with a DynaMat backing to make new door panels for my 1964 Chevelle. Excellent product

I just ordered (and received) a piece of 1/4" Walnut plywood. Shipment was pretty quick, and the packaging was well-suited to prevent damage. The piece arrived in excellent condition. However, I was not pleased with the color, which was that of sapwood (this is possibly common for Walnut plywood). I'm carefully building a solid walnut vanity for our half-bath, and I've been able to use scrap lumber from my barn for most of it. The "scrap" is beautiful heartwood, and I now have to be extra careful to arrange the pieces so that the plywood blends in.
I would definitely order plywood again from Rockler, but I would probably hesitate on the Walnut, unless all of the solids were sapwood.

Nice piece of wood, smooth undamaged edges, wish the bar code label was on the "bad" side or along the edge. Leaves a sticky residue very hard to get off plus a very faint outline of the label. For what I was making it was perfect size and price, a small cockpit table for my boat.
